Everything went very smoothly [with the Aeon], from creating a bespoke size/ design, to communication on progress and of course the install. It’s the second time I have used David Harber and very impressed.
Aeon is a defiant and massive verdigris bronze sculpture that evokes the form of an Evil Eye, a symbol often referenced in Middle Eastern culture.
Four metres long, 2.4 metres high, and with a nucleus of 256 gilded aluminium spikes, the enormous 1.4 tonne artwork creates a monumental presence that once seen can never be forgotten.
